Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations leader to join our Business Operations team in the United States. You will develop go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate data into actionable insights to scale our SaaS platform.

You will build analytical models and AI-enhanced dashboards, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant strategy & ops experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or SaaS.
• Experience at hypergrowth, rapidly scaling SaaS company.
• MBA valued; bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Executive presence and comfort with C-suite.
• Advanced data management and spreadsheet skills; SQL preferred.
• Ability to build data models and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional project management.
• Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight timelines.
