Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with department leadership, drive execution, and deliver service excellence across strategic accounts. The role balances hands-on management with strategic planning, using data-driven decisions to support growth and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in operations management, service delivery, facilities management, or service provider environments.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing team members, including early-career staff.
• Strong operational and strategic mindset with day-to-day execution aligned to KPIs and business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex escalations, assess risk, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, tickets, projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic operational advisor to the department leader, guiding initiatives and staffing strategies.
• Provide operational leadership across assigned accounts, ensuring SLA/KPIs are met.
• Own and manage high-level ticket and customer escalations for timely resolution.
• Oversee workload planning and balance across Account Executives and AOMs.
• Directly mentor AOMs and Account Executives during training periods.
• Ensure onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance management for early-career staff.
