Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the GTM Department Leader, driving execution, service excellence, and KPI achievement across strategic accounts and teams.

The OM will balance hands-on management with strategic planning, mentor Associate Operations Managers and Account Executives, and ensure effective workload distribution to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in operations management or similar roles with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams, including early-career contributors.
• Strong ability to manage escalations, risk, and multi-stream priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership to the department leader and key accounts.
• Oversee high-level ticket and customer escalations with timely resolution.
• Plan workload and balance load across AEs and AOMs; adjust assignments as needed.
• Directly mentor AOMs and AEs during training to build readiness and leadership.
• Ensure onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance management for early-career staff.
• Collaborate with peers to execute operational plans and drive improvements across processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Field, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Engage in executive-level communications with customers as needed and support Top-to-Top meetings.
• Analyze productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and workflows.
• Model a customer-focused culture and manage change during growth or peak periods.
