Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking an Operations Manager in Cincinnati to partner with the GTM leadership. You will drive execution, service excellence, and performance across accounts, mentor triaged teams, and balance strategic planning with hands-on management.

You will lead workload distribution, manage escalations, and collaborate with Field teams and customers to meet KPIs while growing account value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management with leadership responsibility.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to the department leader and support staffing and account priorities.
• Provide operational leadership across strategic accounts and ensure KPIs are met.
• Own high-level ticket and customer escalations with timely resolutions.
• Oversee workload planning and adjust assignments to maintain service levels.
• Mentor and coach Account Executives and Associate Operations Managers.
• Lead onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and scalability.
• Support executive-level communications with senior customer leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
