Job summary

Guardian Service seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities and high-growth initiatives. This role blends analysis, problem framing, and translating insights into actionable plans across growth, acquisitions, operations, and new markets.

You will own workstreams from framing to execution, analyze data to drive profitability, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic and professional performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics-driven environments (consulting, investment banking, strategy, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect analysis to strategic/financial outcomes.
• Comfortable owning initiatives with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
• A confident communicator who translates data into actionable insights.
• AI super-user eager to experiment with new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on high-priority strategic, growth, and operational initiatives.
• Own workstreams from framing through analysis, recommendation, and execution.
• Frame ambiguous questions into structured hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
• Analyze financial, operational, customer, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate and scale growth opportunities including customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor metrics, connecting performance to P&L impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move initiatives from concept to measurement.
• Distill findings into concise, executive-ready memos and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and new technologies to improve efficiency.
