Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution for the store, ensuring freight, F2F, and recovery routines meet standards. You will coach team members, support the Store Manager, and uphold safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes ownership of backroom and dock standards, security, and efficient team performance, with focus on delivering Legendary Service to neighbors and teams alike.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience and supervisory responsibilities.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead F2F process execution and timely follow-up on routines.
• Oversee weekly recovery process execution and store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Receiver role and ensure receiving standards are met.
• Oversee inventory control: adjustments, transfers, RTV, reconciliations.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards and safety.
