Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, budgeting, scheduling, delivery and inventory control. You will drive safety compliance, optimize processes, and empower a team to achieve high performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• Effective team player and leader with strong communication skills.
• Experience in and knowledge of construction industry and building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety functions.
• Ensure OSHA and internal policies are followed in warehouse and on job sites.
• Coordinate with safety manager for safety reviews and maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard.
• Manage full-cycle delivery and coordinate with other yards to meet drop deadlines.
• Inspire and lead team to achieve productivity, safety, quality and knowledge goals.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize productivity and maintain strong internal communications.
