Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to drive operational efficiency and lead cross-functional projects across claims, product, and finance. You will analyze complex challenges, build scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with company goals while leveraging AI tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in management consulting, operational transformation, operations management, or strategic planning roles.
• Experience running cross-functional work against dates and communicating it to senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Active use of AI tools in work and interest in applying them to operations and analysis.
• Experience in claims or insurance is helpful but not required.
• Strong quantitative skills and fluency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives end to end from framing the problem to live changes in the business.
• Build the quantitative and qualitative case to size problems and opportunities across claims, finance, and operations.
• Translate findings into data-driven recommendations and defend them with leadership.
• Drive initiatives through senior stakeholders and communicate status, trade-offs, and resource needs.
• Deliver tangible change linked to performance metrics and ensure changes land in practice.
