Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to own process design and change across claims operations. You will write end-to-end processes, govern the SOP library, and ensure changes land in practice with training and communications.

This role sits between Product, Technology, and Claims Operations, requiring documentation of workflows, readiness plans, and metrics tracking to drive data-informed rollouts. Remote-friendly with USA-wide hiring.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in management consulting, operational transformation, or similar role.
• Proven ability to write process documentation (SOPs, guides, before-after write-ups).
• Experience running cross-functional change against dates with verification that it landed.
• Detail-oriented with structured record-keeping of changes over time.
• Fluency with BI tools to read process adherence.
• Active use of AI tools in work.

Responsibilities

• Lead before-and-after process design for changes, writing end-to-end processes.
• Own SOP library structure, currency, governance and auditability.
• Ensure readiness: documented process, change plan, training and comms, onboarding updates.
• Build and execute training and communications for leaders, managers, and frontline teams.
• Verify post-change landing through SOP checks, time studies, and stakeholder conversations.
• Track metrics and drive data-driven rollouts.
