Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking an Operations Principal to lead a cross-functional change function between Product, Tech, and Claims Operations. You will shape governance, readiness, and adoption metrics for launches and process changes, while leading two Operations Leads and reporting to executives.

You will drive systematic change, design operating cadences, and embed AI tools to streamline change planning, adoption tracking, and executive communications across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or operational transformation.
• Experience managing people and building owners of their work.
• Proven ability to run multi-workstream launches with pilots and debriefs.
• Fluency with BI tools to define adoption metrics and reporting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building a function to operate systematically.
• Active use of AI tools in your work and applying them to launches and change management.
• Claims or insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; no blocking role if missing one but others match.

Responsibilities

• Own the Change Management Framework and Governance: define evidence, sign-off, and how much of the standard a change needs.
• Design the operating cadence and templates for launches and changes with cross-functional teams.
• Own adoption accountability: define metrics, publish usage reports, and capture field feedback channels.
• Lead two Operations Leads, set priorities, and articulate executive-level launch plans and adoption status.
• Create metrics to drive the team's overall success and manage data to support decisions.
