Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, LLC seeks a seasoned Manager, Claims Operations to lead Appeals, Medical Review, and Subrogation teams in a flexible remote-capable setup. Lead performance, implement best practices, and drive process improvements across the claims lifecycle.

You will mentor staff, analyze trends, and partner with leadership to achieve quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 5 years of TPA or group health insurance experience including at least 3 years at a supervisor level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and related systems.
• Strong written business communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Claims Appeals, Claims Medical Review and Subrogation teams.
• Monitor metrics and productivity; drive enterprise initiatives.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Prepare reporting and analysis aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with claims and business leaders to optimize processes.
