Job summary

Lyra Health in the United States seeks an experienced Operations Manager, Product Implementation, to lead the Provider Core Ops, Systems Implementation team and drive end-to-end product rollouts across the provider network and client base.

You will translate clinical and service-line goals into actionable requirements, manage a high-performing team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Service Line leaders to ensure flawless launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, or related fields.
• Proven direct people management with strategic roadmaps and mentoring.
• Experience with software lifecycles, product rollouts, and tech stacks.
• Healthcare or digital health context with clinical workflow understanding.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with track record of using metrics to drive launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Implementation team within Provider Core Ops.
• Own operational strategy for product and policy changes end-to-end.
• Unblock cross-functional teams and align priorities.
• Evolve launch playbooks for multi-channel, scalable deployments.
• Collaborate with Systems Architecture to map features to data infra.
• Oversee change management and communications for providers.
