Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership to the EVP of Distribution. You will partner with Sales, Distribution, Finance, and Strategy to drive initiatives, deliverables, and improvements across the Distribution department.

The role includes executive advisory support, ownership of major projects, and insights that steer top-line strategy for the region.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of cross-functional experience within Sales and/or Distribution in the CPG industry.
• Proven experience engaging with and influencing executives and headquarters stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional executive-level projects.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working with IRI, Numerator, and other syndicated data sources.
• Business or management consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and highly organized.
• Knowledge of the retail landscape at local and national accounts.
• Ability to work across functions, including headquarters, field units, and retailers.
• Ability to translate analytics into meaningful insights and drive sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Frame problems and propose structures and models to help senior leaders understand and act.
• Consolidate needs and lead operational delivery of key initiatives for strategic clarity.
• Build annual business plans and plan content for leadership meetings.
• Serve as liaison to insights and strategy teams across U.S. and global leadership.
• Drive KPI oversight and performance management for the Sales organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects and programs for the EVP and distribution leadership.
