Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an On Premise Distribution Manager to align distributor strategies, drive sales, and expand Red Bull’s market presence across the region. You will build relationships with distributors, lead business planning, and ensure execution of go-to-market initiatives.

You will analyze performance data, collaborate with broker teams, and coach distributor sales staff to optimize distribution and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of outstanding sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or FMCG, foodservice.
• Distributor, supplier or broadline distributor experience preferred.
• Proven ability to teach, develop and manage distributors.
• Cross-functional work and change management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Go-To-Market strategy with distributors and internal teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with distributor leadership to execute business plans.
• Drive execution of annual business plans through On-Premise distributor routes.
• Provide actionable insights and performance feedback to HQ and regional leadership.
• Coordinate training and alignment across broker management and distributor personnel.
