Qualifications
- 10+ years leading RTM in CPG, including 6–8 years managing a high-performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred.
- Excellent negotiator and influencer.
- Strong change agent, leader and coach.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and highly organized with tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term RTM strategies aligned with RBDC priorities and vision.
- Lead RTM expansion to broaden distribution reach.
- Oversee DP management processes and routines for RBDC.
- Advance service strategy and build insights-driven reporting.
- Coach and develop the RTM team and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with HQ and field teams to align planning and execution.
