Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cash flow visibility across its business units. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for VPs, directors, and field leadership, influencing investment decisions and strategic outcomes.

You will partner with RBNA, HQ Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive capital allocation, workforce planning, and financial governance while championing data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related analytical field.
• 7+ years in FP&A, Controlling, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, pricing, CAPEX, working capital, and controls.
• Experience supporting annual planning and long-range forecasting.
• Influence strategic decisions with financial analysis and performance management.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4, SAP BI, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
• CPG/Bev/Distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for assigned units.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to build plans and actionable recommendations.
• Own forecasts across volume, pricing, COGS, indirects, CAPEX, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Drive Cost-to-Serve, route-to-market, labor productivity, and operating cost analyses.
• Present insights for monthly operating reviews and executive decisions.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews with field management and translate results into actions.
• Evaluate capital investments and ROI, and monitor deployment against plans.
• Build finance capability and drive transformation through analytics and automation.
