Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, distribution, operations, or related commercial function.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership experience preferred.
• Executive-level communication and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience leading across a broad, geographically dispersed organization.

Responsibilities

• Set regional vision, annual business plan, KPI priorities, and forecasts.
• Own regional P&L and manage expenses, inventory, and resources for profitable growth.
• Lead and develop leaders, build accountability, and create a high-performing team.
