Qualifications

• 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution preferred.
• Ability to teach, develop and coach others to sell effectively.
• Ability to influence DP decision makers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round business planning with distributor partners to align RBNA priorities.
• Drive in-market execution, manage POS assets, and ensure KPI attainment.
• Sell and influence through the distributor network and DP selling model.
• Prioritize and execute KA programs, secure resources to support opportunities.
• Activate marketing assets and ensure RBNA brand standards in-store.
