Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to standards. English required; base salary ranges $128,800–$193,200 with incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DSD management experience.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team to meet objectives and execute sales targets.
• Develop and evaluate branch distribution plans, routes, and forecasts.
• Control operating expenses to deliver profitability.
• Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams and share best practices.
• Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace and company values.
• Prepare presentations and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
