Collins Aerospace is seeking a Business Operations & Execution Lead to strengthen planning, execution, and governance across Agile and waterfall delivery models. You will mature operating rhythms, drive continuous improvement, and align enterprise execution plans with strategic goals.

You will partner with executive leadership to develop KPI-driven insights, oversee cross‑functional programs, and steer budget and resource planning in a hybrid, multi‑facility environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a university degree with 12+ years experience or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to information.
• Release Train Engineer Agile experience or certification.
• Project management experience.
• Experience implementing management systems across a project portfolio, including financial oversight, risk management, scheduling, and scope management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall execution principles.
• Excel in cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership and teams.
• Demonstrate ability to build trust, foster teamwork, and take accountability for customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate with clarity, efficiency, and impact across a wide range of stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Shape, influence, and execute strategic direction for business operations, operating models, and governance structures that improve clarity, alignment, and execution across both Agile and waterfall work.
• Mature the execution cadence ensuring alignment to strategy, transparency of work, and predictable delivery while coordinating dependencies across programs and functional teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that simplify work, reduce waste, and increase throughput using CORE methodology and structured problem‑solving tools.
• Drive senior‑level business reviews and operational analysis with executive leadership.
• Mature risk, issue, and change control governance, ensuring systemic visibility, accountability, and timely escalation across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall workstreams.
• Define, implement, and continuously refine strategic KPIs that connect execution performance to long‑term objectives, enabling leaders to act on meaningful insights.
• Partner with Finance to lead budget strategy, multi‑year forecasting, investment planning, and resourcing strategies that align operating needs to business priorities.
• Identify systemic issues and operational gaps, diagnose root causes, and implement scalable solutions that strengthen execution across the portfolio.
• Promote a culture of disciplined delivery, structured problem solving, continuous learning, and operational rigor across Agile and traditional teams.
