Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead customer-focused program execution across functions, translating delivery constraints into executable plans while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance commitments are met.

The role reports to site leadership, serving as onsite representative and leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on proactive risk management, strategic contract coordination, and delivering growth and value for customers.

Formación

• University degree with 10+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Contracts.
• Experience working directly with customers in program management or operations roles.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as onsite DOA when GM is out of the office.
• Develop and monitor program plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities.
• Communicate delivery plans, risks, and opportunities to customers.
• Prepare program plans, business updates, and progress reports.
• Lead lifecycle programs from initiation through completion.
• Support contract negotiations and changes with stakeholders.
• Drive value stream strategy, execution, and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and CORE principles across teams.
