Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring an Operations Excellence Senior Lead for the Foley MRO site. You will report to the General Manager and drive operational and strategic initiatives to grow the organization, focusing on process improvement, KPI deployment, and cross-functional leadership.

The role requires a university degree with substantial aerospace experience or an advanced degree with relevant senior experience, plus strong Lean/Six Sigma proficiency and a proven track record in aerospace

Qualifications

• University degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of aerospace structures.
• Strong background in operations within an aerospace environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the Foley MRO site.
• Define and deploy Core Operating System throughout the business.
• Coordinate events and manage improvement programs and KPIs.
• Coach change leaders to accelerate process improvements and sustain gains.
