Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to support core accounting, reporting, and financial operations across the business. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, support month-end and quarter-end close activities and respond to a variety of ad hoc financial requests.

The role requires strong analytical skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience with SAP and OneStream.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information.
• Experience across program finance, functional-area finance, rates & budgets, material & labor accounting, and overhead accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support internal controls reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Provide guidance to site controllers on metrics, deliverables, reporting requirements and ad-hoc analysis.
• Build finance capabilities, tools and skills to increase efficiency and value of the Finance team.
