Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead customer-focused execution. You will align operations, SIOP, engineering, and finance to deliver on commitments and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will guide programs through full lifecycle, manage milestones, and partner with customers to address risks, performance, and budgets. Onsite role with growth opportunities and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• University Degree required with 10+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
• Experience managing programs with cost, schedule, performance, and customer commitments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, or Contracts.
• Direct experience working with customers in a program management or operations role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop, maintain, and monitor program plans, schedules, milestones.
• Communicate delivery plans, risks, and opportunities to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead program lifecycle activities from initiation through completion, including risk management and corrective actions.
• Support contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, and statements of work with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and value stream strategy across programs.
