• Own readiness governance for assigned user groups across waves.
• Approve readiness playbooks and scenario governance.
• Translate strategy into actionable multi-wave readiness plans.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation across sites and functions.
• Lead readiness reviews and validate readiness indicators and scorecards.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise readiness frameworks and wave gates.
• Coordinate cutover planning, rehearsals, and stabilization across sites.
