Collins Aerospace in Richardson, TX is seeking a seasoned Program Finance Manager to lead financial management, forecasting, labor tracking, and cost control for a major transformation initiative. You will partner with DT leaders and field teams to ensure accurate reporting and governance.

The role requires deep Excel, COBRA, SAP and Planview experience, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced transformation programs. This hybrid role offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with COBRA, SAP, Planview, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams is required

Responsibilities

• Labor Tracking: Track labor hours and compare to project plans to ensure accurate time charging.
• Forecasting & Financial Management: Manage Forecast On-Time Delivery (Forecast OTD) metrics and update Planview forecasts.
• Variance analysis: Perform variance analysis and identify root causes with Project Managers.
• Communicate variances to DT Finance, PMO stakeholders, and leadership.
• Adhoc SAP reviews to resolve issues before monthly close.
• Track budget changes and cost-saving opportunities during transformation.
