Job summary

Auros is seeking a hands-on Strategy & Operations professional to support User Interviews, focusing on improving study fulfillment and scaling processes. You’ll work closely with GTM and Operations teams, manage recurring work, and drive decisions with data and judgment in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes ownership of day-to-day workflows, rigorous execution, and practical experimentation to improve the marketplace while partnering across teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable execution.
• Ability to make decisions within defined processes.
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheet tools.
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Experience in operations or strategy roles.
• Experience with GTM or customer-facing teams.
• Experience in high-growth tech startups.

Responsibilities

• Operate tactical levers to improve study fulfillment.
• Prioritize levers based on project needs, urgency, impact, and participant network health.
• Test and operate newly developed processes, tools, and experiments.
• Follow defined processes while using judgment to flag inefficiencies.
• Partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to improve and scale how we work.
