Job summary

Auros is seeking a proactive Strategy & Operations professional to support User Interviews, our participant recruitment marketplace. This hands-on role focuses on owning day-to-day processes, making judicious decisions, and refining workflows to boost study fulfillment and operational efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, test new processes, and help scale how we work as Auros grows its marketplace. A strong bias for action and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong project management skills.
• Proven track record of reliable execution in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheet tools.
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in high-growth tech startups and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Operate tactical levers to improve study fulfillment.
• Prioritize deployment of levers based on project needs, urgency, expected impact, and participant network health.
• Test and operate newly developed processes, tools, and experiments.
• Follow defined processes while using judgment to flag when something is unclear, inefficient, or not working as intended.
• Partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to improve and scale how we work.
