Job summary

Interplay Learning is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate, GTM, to join our Commercial Operations team. You’ll own cross‑functional programs, attend revenue leadership meetings from day one, and shape GTM decisions in a fast‑growing, venture‑backed environment.

You’ll use AI tools like Claude and learn Salesforce and HubSpot as you drive strategic initiatives, align teams, and remove bottlenecks to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff, or business operations (GTM/RevOps experience welcome, not required).
• Bilingual or strong communication skills are a plus.
• Experience with AI tools for analysis, drafting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting as chief of staff to the EVP.
• Lead cross‑functional GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Drive account strategy and targeting with sales and marketing teams.
