We empower teams to build the best products and experiences by embedding real human perspectives into every stage of the development process- from ideation to launch. With the world’s strongest participant network, AI-powered analysis, expert services, and seamless integrations, we help companies eliminate guesswork, align stakeholders, and bring customer needs into sharp focus. Joining our team means being part of a passionate group focused on transforming how companies understand and connect with their customers. Let’s build experiences people love—together.

The Opportunity

Auros is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy & Operations team supporting User Interviews, our participant recruitment marketplace. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys owning important day‑to‑day processes, making thoughtful decisions, and improving how work gets done over time. As User Interviews grows, Strategy & Operations helps ensure that our marketplace runs effectively and that our GTM and Operations teams can deliver for customers. You'll be close to the day‑to‑day business, using existing tactical levers to improve study fulfillment while helping test and operationalize new processes and experiments. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward action. You should be comfortable following defined processes, managing recurring work, and recognizing when something isn’t working as intended.

Responsibilities
  • Operate tactical levers to improve study fulfillment
  • Prioritize where to deploy those levers based on project needs, urgency, expected impact, and participant network health
  • Test and operate newly developed processes, tools, and experiments
  • Follow defined processes while using judgment to flag when something is unclear, inefficient, or not working as intended
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to improve and scale how we work
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable execution
  • Good operational judgment and ability to make decisions within defined processes
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear written and verbal communicator
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • 1+ year of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, customer operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment preferred
  • Experience partnering with GTM, customer-facing, or Operations teams preferred
  • Experience using operational data to inform decisions preferred
  • Experience improving or operationalizing new workflows and processes preferred

We enable enterprises to understand their customers’ perspectives, delivering authentic customer insights quickly and reliably. We are builders and listeners who move fast, think deeply, and act with intention. We operate at the intersection of technology and empathy, helping the world’s leading brands replace guesswork with confidence. Nothing meaningful is built in isolation. Not great products. Not great companies. And not great cultures. We’re creating an environment where curiosity is expected, impact is shared, and human understanding isn’t just what we sell. It’s how we work. The same curiosity and empathy we bring to understanding our customers, we bring to understanding each other. Building better products starts with building a culture where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Community in action: Our Employee Resource and Affinity Groups create spaces for connection, dialogue, and shared learning across our global team. They amplify voices, strengthen leadership, and ensure diverse perspectives shape the decisions we make every day.
