Qualifications

• 2+ years solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments (consulting, startups, or PE portfolio ops).
• Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Dig into processes, systems, and data to identify root causes.
• Develop practical solutions and partner with teams to implement them.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and more.
• Improve processes and systems that cause delays, manual work, or poor handoffs.
• Move quickly, align stakeholders, and see solutions through to deployment.
