This role focuses on strategic account growth, process improvements, and strong collaboration with HR, operations, and procurement to meet service levels and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by developing strong client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors/VPs.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Manage recruitment teams and ensure timely fill rates and high NPS scores.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
