Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager II to lead programs for mid-to-large client accounts across multiple locations and shifts. You will align with client objectives and build a collaborative partnership focused on delivering results.

You’ll manage recruiting, training and development of the onsite team, drive KPI/SLA performance, price and sell services, and present monthly business reviews. A strong emphasis on client satisfaction and retention guides every decision.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, both in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Adopt and demonstrate company values in service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Understand client business, staffing needs and program expectations.
• Escalate issues to discuss client program requirements and associates.
