Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead our programs at mid to large clients across multiple locations and shifts in the United States. You will align with client objectives and drive strategic, long-term evolution of the program, overseeing recruiting, fulfillment, and performance metrics.

You will manage an onsite team, train and develop top talent, ensure customer service excellence, and build strong partnerships with HR and operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services, manage conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Lead recruitment teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of industries, roles, market share, and competition.
