Job summary

The Adecco Group in New York seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs and SLAs, and drive account growth while ensuring high client satisfaction and strong NPS. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and the ability to price and sell services.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; client‑facing experience.
• Ability to manage recruitment teams in fast‑paced settings.
• Proven track record delivering high client satisfaction and growth.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs.
• Build and sustain relationships with HR/Operations contacts.
• Price and sell staffing services (temp and perm).
• Prepare reporting and drive account growth and retention.
