Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive a collaborative partnership, overseeing daily recruitment activities and KPI performance.

This role focuses on growing and retaining accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and leading reporting such as QBR/QPR. You will also price and sell staffing services and nurture industry relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by developing relationships with key client contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts and thought leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBR & QPR) for leadership.
• Price and sell services across conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
