Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the New York area to lead and optimize our client programs on site. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment and fulfillment, and ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs.

You will build strong client relationships with HR and Operations, drive account growth, and position teams for sustained success. A proven leadership track record in staffing is essential to this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong client relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment and manage KPIs/SLAs.
