Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to act as the primary client contact and drive strategic, long-term evolution of client programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage a team, and align with client objectives to deliver results while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong relationships.

You will supervise staffing fulfillments, monitor KPIs, and present regular reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication across one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and Company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell services including conversions and permanent placements.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and compliance is maintained.
