Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in our New York area to serve as the primary client contact and drive growth across Adecco programs. You will manage recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and maintain client satisfaction while building strong relationships with HR, operations, and procurement teams.

You will lead a fast-paced recruitment team, coordinate day-to-day fulfillment, and align with client objectives to position programs for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts through building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and revenue opportunities are pursued.
