Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & retain accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Manage recruitment fulfillment and KPI/SLA performance.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, HR managers.
• Ensure client requirements and credit references are met and documented.
