Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in Danville, NH to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs. You will align with the client’s business objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and drive KPI performance to sustain a collaborative, high-value partnership.

In this role you will grow accounts, maintain client satisfaction, and lead a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment while pricing and selling services to meet client needs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a related role.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and service levels.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices aligned with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs.
• Grow and retain accounts; manage relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and KPI tracking.
• Price and sell services, drive client satisfaction and high NPS.
• Develop plans to grow existing accounts and new business.
