Job summary

The Adecco Group in Manchester, NH is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to drive long-term strategic evolution of the client account. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative partnership focused on achieving client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building effective relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain network of industry contacts and participate in associations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and credit references are obtained.
