Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Complete AbbVie required training and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities and organizations in the territory.
• Develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
