Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Clinical Account Executive to lead a field-based territory serving hematology/oncology customers in the US region, with a focus on strategic account planning and patient outcomes.

You will build relationships with clinicians, administrators, and healthcare teams, translating scientific insights into compliant, customer-focused engagements while driving brand objectives and business goals within the CLL and NHL Oncology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistency and grit with strong track record of succeeding in a challenging environment.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements while showcasing deep scientific and clinical expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution.
