Job summary

Leidos seeks highly qualified Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM missions, with on-site Leidos contract support at Fort Meade. You will craft and synchronize OCO plans, support targeting, and staff essential planning documents while coordinating with Joint groups to integrate cyber capabilities.

Requirements include an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, a BA/BS in CS or Cybersecurity, and 4+ years of CO planning experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; Combat Mission Team experience may substitute for years.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, Title 10 vs Title 50, and joint operations phases.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Blue-space CO and related cyber infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational (OCO) plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support targeting selection, validation, and integration during Cyber Warfare execution.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Coordinate with Joint OPG/OPT and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and current operations.
