Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM planning and DoD/JFHQ-C operations at Fort Meade. Roles involve development and staffing of plans, targeting, and integration of cyber capabilities with Joint teams.

Qualified candidates have TS/SCI with polygraph, 4+ years as a CO planner, and training in cyber operations. The role requires strong collaboration, fast-paced delivery, and clear communication with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for combat mission or Joint Ops roles.
• Familiarity with military operations and Joint Publications such as JP 5-0.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Engage in Cyberspace Operations planning to enable CO across USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Develop and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into broader plans with CO/Joint teams.
• Provide situational awareness and coordinate with Crisis Action Teams and ongoing ops.
