Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM Joint Planning with on-site contract work. You will lead OCO plan development, staff operational orders, and coordinate cross-team cyber activities to achieve national objectives.

The role demands TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD/IC Cyber Operational Planner training, and extensive collaboration in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.
• BA/BS degree within Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.
• Experience with CO planning concepts and Joint Publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and staffing of Cyberspace Operations plans per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Coordinate OCO and DCO planning to deliver cyber effects aligning with strategic objectives.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyber capabilities.
• Provide situational awareness across multiple projects and operations.
