Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3 planning and CNMF/JTF-ARES operations on a on-site contract basis. You will produce and staff operational plans, orders, and coordination artifacts while integrating cyber capabilities and intelligence support.

A TS/SCI clearance and DoD/IC cyber training are required. Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of cyber warfare planning, Joint Publications, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• Familiarity with JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning and DoD/IC cyber ops.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and CO support.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved CO planning and staffing to enable CO under USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration in Cyber Warfare.
• Draft and staff OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs for joint planning.
• Develop concepts of support and actions, coordinating with internal/external partners.
• Provide situation awareness and align plans with organizational objectives.
• Analyze CO capabilities and transition planning efforts to operations.
