Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. You will lead a team to drive design-win revenue across defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV segments, and system integrators, embedding MANET radios and spectrum payloads in partner platforms.

The role requires up to 50% travel for field demonstrations, executive briefings, and industry shows, with remote-work options depending on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical discipline with 10+ years in sales leadership in unmanned systems, tactical/public safety tech; or alternative education with equivalent experience.
• Leadership track record: 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. Citizen required.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes across North America.
• Lead the sales team, onboard new hires, coach performance, and refine selling skills.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, product development, and marketing.
• Manage major negotiations and close high-value deals; travel up to 50% for site visits and demonstrations.
