Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MIMO communications systems and a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. You will own revenue targets across NA, lead a high-performing team, and drive design-win opportunities with defense primes and UAS/UGV platforms.

This role involves end-to-end sales lifecycle management, from technical evaluation to MSAs and production orders, with travel up to 50% for customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of procurement processes, budgets, and Federal/State markets.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong grasp of RF comms, tactical MANET, SDR, and spectrum awareness solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1s to refine skills.
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
